User Management
When you login to FlexADMIN, by default the User Management – Users option is selected and a list of users is displayed with their details.
You can click on the User Management menu, to open the User screen.
Select a user to view the user details in the Summary tabs.
Select the Groups option to display a list of groups.
Select a group to view the group details in the Summary tabs.
Select the Workspaces option to display a list of workspaces. By default, Dalet Flex for teams has only one workspace.
Select a workspace to view the workspace details in the Summary tabs.
You can search for objects in FlexADMIN using the Header bar. The search results are displayed in the object table. You can sort objects by clicking on the column headers in the table, the column being used for sorting is marked with a green arrow (ascending/descending).
Creating and enabling a user
If you have administration rights, you can create new users in FlexADMIN.
- Click on the Create User icon, .
- In the Create User dialog, type in the Login, First Name, Last Name and Email for the user and select a Role. All the fields are mandatory.|
- Click Save; the new user is added to the list.
- The new user is not enabled by default. To enable the user, select the new user and in the Details tab, slide the Enable button to the right.
- You can disable a user in the same way.
- To delete a user, in the Details tab, disable the user and click the icon.
Select a user to view information about the user. In the Summary panel, you can view and edit settings for the selected user in these tabs:.
- Details: View the details for the selected user
- Metadata: View any associated metadata for the user
- Memberships: View the groups and workspaces that the user belongs to
- History: View user history
- Activity: View user activity
Creating and enabling a group
If you have administration rights, you can create new groups in FlexADMIN.
- Click on the Create Group icon, .
- In the Create Group dialog, give the Group a name.
- Click Save; the new group is added to the list.
- The new group is not enabled by default. To enable the group, select the new group and in the Details tab, slide the Enable button to the right.
- You can disable a group in the same way.
- To delete a group, in the Details tab, disable the group and click the icon.
Select a group to view information about the group. In the Summary panel, you can view and edit settings for the selected group in these tabs:.
- Details: View the details for the selected group

Memberships: View the members in the group or use the Add member icon, , to add users to the group. Select a user in the Memberships tab and use the icon to remove a user from the group.

- Click on the Create Workspace icon, .
- In the Create Workspace dialog, give the Workspace a name.
- Click Save; the new workspace is added to the list.

- You can disable a workspace in the same way.
- To delete a workspace, in the Details tab, disable the workspace and click the icon.
Select a workspace to view information about the workspace. In the Summary panel, you can view and edit settings for the selected workspace in these tabs:.
- Details: View the details for the selected workspace

Memberships: View the members associated to the workspace or use the Add Member icon, , to add users/groups to the workspace. Select a user/group in the Memberships tab and use the icon to remove a user/group from the workspace.
