FlexTRACK (Operational Dashboard) provides a real-time portal for tracking the progress of workflows, automated jobs, and integrated 3rd party systems. You can also use FlexTRACK to monitor resources and assets.
Opening FlexTRACK
You can access FlexTRACK from FlexMAM or directly from your internet browser.
To launch FlexTRACK
In FlexMAM, click the icon in the header and then click OPERATIONAL DASHBOARD.
OR
Open FlexTRACK directly in your internet browser, by adding
/dashboard/workflows
to the URL for your account and platform. For example:
https://youraccount.platform.net/dashboard/workflows
FlexTRACK Interface
When you have logged in, theFlexTRACK browse page is displayed. The FlexTRACK interface includes these sections:
A) FlexTRACK Toolbar: Contains tabs for Workflows, Jobs, Resources and Assets
B) Filter Options: Set filters for displayed items. The available filters depends on the selected tab.
C) Item List: Displays a list of items for the selected tab
D) Header Bar: Perform actions in FlexTRACK
E) Details Panel: Displays additional information for a selected item
Using the Header Bar

Tracking Workflows
- Select the Workflows tab to track how workflows are progressing.
- Use the filter options to search for specific workflows.
- Click on the column headers to sort the displayed items in ascending/descending order.
- Click on a workflow to open the Details panel that contains additional information about the selected workflow, such as the current step and the details of associated media.
- Click View Workflow to see a a full real-time graphical view of the workflow. Green steps are complete, blue are currently in progress.
- Select a particular node in the workflow to view a detailed event history, including the duration of each job, waiting times for human actions, as well as overall time taken for a workflow to complete.
Monitoring Jobs
- Select the Jobs tab to track how specific jobs are progressing.
- Use the filter options to search for specific jobs.
- Click on the column headers to sort the displayed items in ascending/descending order.
- Click on a job to open the Details panel that contains additional information about the selected job, such as job history, the workflow it is in and the details of associated media.
- Click View Workflow to see the workflow the job is a part of. Green steps are complete, blue are currently in progress.
- Select a particular node in the workflow to view a detailed event history, including the duration of each job, waiting times for human actions, as well as overall time taken for a workflow to complete.
Viewing Resources
- Select the Resources tab to view resources in your account.
- Use the filter options to search for specific resources.
- Click on the column headers to sort the displayed items in ascending/descending order.
- Click on a resource to open the Details panel that contains additional information about the selected resource, such as its history.
Viewing Assets
- Select the Assets tab to view assets in your account.
- Use the filter options to search for specific assets.
- Click on the column headers to sort the displayed items in ascending/descending order.
- Click on an assset to open the Details panel that contains additional information about the selected asset, such as its technical details and metadata .
