Dalet Support Hub: First Login and Password Reset

First Login

Once you have been registered, Dalet will send a login email to your registered e-mail.

Following that link, you will create your password when you first access https://customers.dalet.com.

Click the Activate Okta Account button. A browser will open. Follow the onscreen instructions.

Provide a strong password, choose a security question and security image.

Click Create My Account when done.

Now you will be directed to the main page, in which you click the support hub app.

Password Reset

If you cannot remember your password for https://customers.dalet.com, you can request a password reset, by clicking "Need help signing in?", and then "Forgot password?".

Enter your email address once again and click Reset via Email.

That will send an email to your registered address.

Click the Reset Password button.

When your account was created, you had to provide a security question.

You need to answer it now.

Finally click the Reset Password button.

Then type in the new password in the two fields.

Now you can go back to the Sign-In page and provide the new details to continue to Daley Support Hub.
