Dalet Flex Core: Assets: Publishing, Un-publishing, and Re-publishing

Publish

The following screens show the process of publishing an asset.

Click on the Publish action in the Asset toolbar in the Asset Details section for an asset.

When the Create Publish Jobs pop-up appears, select the Publish action to use.

Fill in scheduling and configuration options.

Click Run Now.

The Create Publish Jobs pop-up provides a list of jobs that have been scheduled. The published location can then be seen in the Publishing tab in the Asset Details screen.

Un-Publishing an Asset

The following screens show the process of Un-Publishing an asset in Dalet Flex.

Click on Unpublish action in the Asset toolbar.

When the Create Un-publish Jobs pop-up appears, select the Un-publish action to use and fill in scheduling and configuration options. Click Run Now. The job is run.

Re-Publishing an Asset

The following screens show the process of re-publishing an existing asset in Dalet Flex.

Click on Re-publish action in the Asset toolbar in the Asset Details section.

When the Create Republish Jobs Pop-up appears, click Run Job. The job is run and the asset is re-published.
