When you login to FlexADMIN, by default the User Management – Users option is selected and a list of users is displayed with their details. You can click on the User Management menu, to open the User screen.
Select a user to view the user details in the Summary tabs.
Select the Groups option to display a list of groups.
Select a group to view the group details in the Summary tabs.
Select the Workspaces option to display a list of workspaces. By default, each account is created with a single workspace that is the account name. This workspace is not displayed in the list. Select a workspace to view the workspace details in the Summary tabs.
Select the Third-Party Users option to display a list of all third-party users that have been created. You can view the status of access tokens shared with a user: Active, Expired, Inactive.
You can search for objects in FlexADMIN using the Header bar. The search results are displayed in the object table. You can sort objects by clicking on the column headers in the table, you can sort using up to two columns, the columns being used for sorting are marked with a green arrow (ascending/descending).
If you have administration rights, you can create new users in FlexADMIN.

If you have administration rights, you can create new workspaces in FlexADMIN.
NOTE: You cannot disable a workspace that has assets or user defined objects associated to it. If you click the Disable button, the following warning is displayed.
Unable to disable workspace. This workspace contains assets and user-defined objects that would become inaccessible if disabled. Please remove or relocate these items before disabling.
Select a workspace to view information about the workspace. In the Summary panel, you can view and edit settings for the selected workspace in these tabs:.
You can create Third-Party users on the fly as part of a Secure Share workflow. This workflow shares Flex assets with external users by creating third-party users in Dalet Flex with a specific set of permissions for assets, collections, workspaces and review sessions.
The Third-Party Users option displays a list of all third-party users that have been created in the account together with their status. You can view the Details, History and Actvity of the third-party users in the tabs. You can manually disable a user to remove access from all assets shared with that user by sliding the Enabled button,, to the left.
